Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026 · Effective from October 14, 2026
This policy explains how personal data is handled on donaghyswebconsulting.com (the "site"). The site is deliberately simple: it has no forms, no accounts and no sign-up, so we collect very little.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of personal data on this site is INTO LUMINOSA MB, company number 306994457, VAT number LT100017228210, of Tilžės g. 31A-17, LT-78229 Šiauliai, Lithuania. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What we collect
Technical data. Like most websites, the server that delivers this site may automatically record technical information about each request, such as the IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request.
Messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
The site does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any other details, and it does not collect sign-ups. Registration with a survey provider takes place on the provider's own website, not here.
3. What we do not do
We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. We do not use tracking pixels, we do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell personal data.
4. Why we use data, and our legal basis
We use technical data to keep the site secure and working. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a safe and reliable website. We use the contents of your messages to reply to you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps at your request.
5. When you follow a link to the provider
Calls to action on the site lead to a third-party provider's website. The web address includes campaign codes so that the provider can recognise that a visit began on this site. The codes do not contain your name, your email address or any other details about you, because we hold none. Once you arrive, the provider collects data under its own privacy notice, which we do not control.
6. Who we share data with
We use service providers, such as hosting and email services, who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions. We may disclose data where the law requires it. Where data is processed outside the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards that data-protection law requires.
7. How long we keep it
Technical logs are kept only for as long as needed for security and operation. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your message and any follow-up, and are then deleted.
8. Your rights
You may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Details of how to use these rights are on our Your data rights page. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Children
The site is written for adults and is not directed at children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
